Make Cake Not Hate's mission is to:
* do something positive and fun to challenge hate crime
* raise awareness of the issues in communities
* raise awareness of hate crimes in local and national media
* encourage the reporting of hate crimes to the authorities
* give information on how to report such crimes
* eat cake
